Shipping Policy for LOUA Eyewear
At LOUA Eyewear, we want to make sure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is our shipping policy with important information about shipping times, costs, and other details.
1. Shipping Times
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).All orders (excluding pre-orders) will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
Estimated shipping times are based on your destination and the shipping method chosen. Here are the estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (The Netherlands): 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping (Belgium): 2-3 business days
- International Shipping: 5-10 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the shipping method, and the delivery address. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your payment.
- Within the Netherlands: Free shipping on orders over €75.
- International: Shipping costs will vary based on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options, including:
- Standard Shipping (The Netherlands): €6,95
- Standard Shipping (Belgium): €8,95
- International Shipping: €13,95
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the courier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact our customer service at info@louaeyewear.nl for assistance.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. LOUA Eyewear is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible to correct the address before the order is shipped.
6. Customs and Import Duties (for International Orders)
For orders shipped outside of the Netherlands, customs duties, taxes, and import charges may apply depending on the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.
LOUA Eyewear is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
7. Uncollected Orders
If your order cannot be delivered because it was not collected or you were unavailable to receive it, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.
8. Lost or Damaged Orders
LOUA Eyewear is not responsible for any loss or damage to products that occur once the package has been handed over to the carrier. We recommend tracking your order regularly using the tracking number.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@louaeyewear.nl and we will assist you.
