At Loua Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Return Period
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery.
Please ensure that your return package is delivered to us within 30 days after receiving your order.
Returned items must:

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers may choose their own shipping carrier. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Loua Eyewear is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Packaging Requirements
To avoid damage during transit, please ensure the sunglasses are securely and carefully packaged.
Items returned damaged due to insufficient packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
Refunds
