Return Policy

At Loua Eyewear, we hope you love your new sunglasses. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return Your Order

Step 1 — Submit your return request

Log into your customer account using the email address you used when placing your order.

Open your order, select the item(s) you wish to return, and submit your return request.

Once your request has been approved, you'll receive an email with confirmation.

Step 2 — Complete the return form

Download and print the return form below.

Fill it out completely and place it inside your return package.

Step 3 — Pack your items

Please ensure that your return:

  • is securely packaged to prevent damage during transport;

  • includes all original packaging and accessories;

  • contains unused items in their original condition.

Returns that are damaged due to insufficient packaging or show signs of use may not qualify for a full refund.

Step 4 — Ship your return

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

You may choose any shipping carrier. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Loua Eyewear cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Your return package must reach us within 30 days after receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days before the refund appears in your account.
